Refund Policy

Mardia Social Refund and Cancellation Policy


The Customer has a right to cancel the subscription on address the request to support@mardiasocial.com


The Customer has a right to refund the money paid to Mardia Social in case of failure of providing the services.


In case of refund, the money shall be refunded to the card with which the payment was made, within 30 (thirty) days, depending on the Bank that issued the card.


Mardia Social reserves the right to decline the Customer's Refund Request.


The Customer's Refund Request is considered by the Mardia Social within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the Customer's Refund Request from the Customer to the Mardia Social email address - support@mardiasocial.com


The payment for Social Media Management (under $27 USD per week ), for 3 Social Media Posts is non-refundable.


Mardia Social is entitled to change the terms of refund on the unilateral basis.
